Bill of Materials

Himago provides the accurate and reliable bill of materials by date obtained directly from the 3D model which consists list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies, intermediate assemblies, sub-components, parts, and the quantities of each needed item to fabricate an end product so that our customers are able to plan their material schedule and orders from suppliers.

Fabrication Drawings

we utilize our hybrid system of shop drawing review that includes 3-D review of the model and 2-D verification of the shop drawings. This process is effective and precise. The fabrication drawings show all the necessary information required to fabricate each steel member.

Erection Drawings

The erection drawings show the tag number of individual marking number which are tagged according to assembly drawings. Each drawing clearly shows the location and position of each assembly of specific structure, which could easily be referred by the site personnel.

Production files / CNC files

Specialist Reports

We closely work with client to meet the client standards and produce a wide range of reports such as Shipping Lists, Advanced Bill of Materials/ Materials take off, Bolts list (Shop and Field), and other material management lists.
